Project Overview

Corsa Electrical Contractors is a Melbourne-based electrical services company seeking to establish a professional and distinctive brand presence in the local trade scene. As the sole designer on this project, I was responsible for the full brand identity including initial strategy through to logo design, visual identity system, website design, and business cards.

The goal was to create a brand that felt modern, trustworthy, and confident, reflecting the quality workmanship Corsa Electrical Contractors delivers to its residential and commercial clients.

Logo Design

The Corsa Electrical Contractors wordmark was designed to communicate trust and confidence. The sharp, geometric construction of the letters reflects precision and professionalism.

The accompanying circular badge mark works independently for small-scale applications such as embroidered uniforms, vehicle decals, and social media profile pictures, where the full wordmark would lose legibility.

Visual Identity System

The colour palette centres on a deep navy and warm yellow-gold, chosen to feel professional and trustworthy. Typography pairs Montserrat for headings with Argentum Sans for body copy, balancing character with legibility across both print and digital formats.

Website Design

The website was built using Claude Code, with a mobile-first approach reflecting the reality that many clients would be searching for an electrician on their phone. The design prioritises fast access to contact information, a clear overview of services, and service areas. Key pages include the homepage, an about page highlighting Adam’s experience, and a contact page with an enquiry form.

Marketing Materials

To extend the brand into the physical world, I designed business cards that help to build trust in the Corsa brand. The card uses a split-panel layout with a clean white face to emphasise contact information, and back design to emphasise the Corsa logo.

Conclusion

The Corsa Electrical brand identity gives the business a confident, professional, and distinctive visual presence across every touchpoint.

As a solo designer, I was responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from initial research and strategy through to final design and delivery. The result is a cohesive brand system that helps Corsa Electrical Contractors stand out in a competitive market and build trust with their target audience.
